BUILD AND RESTORE CONCRETE PATCH

A high strength, rapid developing, commercial grade Concrete Patch containing 2 Portland Cements, silica fume, active silicates, special aggregate, a super plasticizer, defoamer and a set-accelerator. Forms a very dense patch that will resist chlorides and acids.

Specifically designed for remedial patching, repairing and restoration of worn or damaged concrete structures and surfaces.

Coverage

Each 50 LB bag will produce about 1/2 cubic foot of Concrete Patch. 50 LB will cover approximately 10 square feet to a 1/2 inch thickness.

Preparation

Square any edges and remove all loose and unstable material. Brush area clean with water and detergent. Flush with water to remove soap. Allow area to remain damp (no puddles).

Directions

MIXING: add 5 parts of CONCRETE PATCH dry mix to 1 part clean potable water and mix thoroughly. REQUIRES MUCH LESS WATER THAN A NORMAL concrete patch. The mix will appear dry at first, but will 'wetten' as mixing continues. If the initial set starts, DO NOT add water and remix or retemper, as this will result in strength loss. PLACING: Place mixed material in the dampened area to be patched. Work material into the old concrete and trowel finish.

For best results

After the initial set has taken place, the surface may be moistened and trowelled to a smooth finish. For maximum strength, cure the surface (keep damp) for a 24 hour period. For deep depressions, the patch should be placed in maximum 2 inch layers.

Safety

This Kwik Mix Concrete Patch contains Portland Cement. Direct contact may irritate eyes and skin.Wear protective clothing (gloves and safety glasses) when using this product. Wash exposed areas promptly with water. If any material gets into the eyes, rinse immediately and contact a physician. KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN AND PETS

Clean Up

Simple and easy with soap and water. Rinse tools before material hardens.
